Your rights

Sporti-Shop is a PL based company and complies with European’s consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with sporti-shop is safe. You won't get ripped off, you'll get your ordered goods and we'll sort out any problems you have. By visiting our website you accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Site usage

Sporti-Shop disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.

Accuracy of information

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn't correct. If you've purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we'll happily replace or refund the product.

Ownership of information

All prices listed on sporti-shop.com are correct at the time of entering. Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the point of purchase unless your items are pre-order items in which case we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be dispatched. If a genuine error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on sporti-shop is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and shall refund any amount already paid to us.

Bicycle purchase

After submitting your online order to sporti-shop, you’ll receive a bike originally packed by the manufacturer. Before the first ride, please make sure to take care of few stages of assembly. You need to carry out a few small adjustments like: adjusting the derailleur, aligning and raising the handlebars as needed, setting up the suspension on mountain bikes (MTBs) for your weight, or installing the bike pedals. If you order an e-bike, you’ll also need to charge the bike battery.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at sporti.pl Sp. z o.o., Lubelska 50 Street, 35-233 Rzeszow, Podkarpacie Voivodeship, Poland; shop@sporti.pl; + 48 17 78761 35. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Claims Handling

According to the Polish Act of Sale of Goods, you have a right of complaint of 24 months on all products. This right of complaint means that you, the customer, can complain about the deficiencies of the product, which has been present at delivery. It is, however, a prerequisite that these deficits are not caused by your incorrect use of the purchase or other injurious behaviors that have led to shortages. If the claim is approved you either get it repaired or replaced, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation and sporti-shop's assessment.

You must process your claim within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. Claims within two months are always considered as being timely. The shipping cost to return a claim will be covered, but only with a prior shipping agreement with sporti-shop.

To be able to assess a claim case, we are in need to inspect the condition of the specific product. To initiate a claim evaluation, proceed with one of the following methods:

  • In most cases, we are able to evaluate a claim case without the need of sending the product back right away. You will get the fastest assessment of an issue by sending us an email with a description and some conclusive pictures of the flaw.
  • Send in the product along with a detailed description of the flaw of the product, including the cause of the damage.

When returning goods, we politely ask you to inform us via email.
